A pilot study, focused on comparison, enrolled 20 patients diagnosed with nail psoriasis. Fractional CO2 laser therapy, combined with topical methotrexate for Group A, was contrasted with fractional CO2 laser therapy, followed by topical calcipotriol (0.05 mg/gm) and betamethasone (0.5 mg/gm) for Group B. Both groups received four treatments, one every two weeks.
